Amanda R. Wilhelm
Associate
Attorney Amanda R. Wilhelm brings a unique background and a deep passion for advocating for others’ rights, focusing on probate litigation, trust litigation, and estate planning. Before joining Lacey Rezanka, she spent a decade in public interest law, advocating for the civil rights of children, parents, and young adults while serving as Supervising Attorney for the Education Legal Rights Project at Legal Aid of Broward County. Attorney Wilhelm later transferred that experience to a robust civil litigation practice here in Brevard County, where she handled a wide array of complex matters.
Although Attorney Wilhelm is now in private practice, she continues to give back by taking on pro bono dependency cases. She further demonstrates her commitment to the community as a Board Member for the Community Foundation for Brevard and as a member of the Brevard Estate Planning Council.
Attorney Wilhelm received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and anthropology from Colgate University in 2003, where she was captain of the women’s volleyball team, and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2009. She was admitted to and continues to be in good standing with the California Bar (2009) and the Florida Bar (2010).
Attorney Wilhelm has embraced the Space Coast lifestyle since moving to Brevard County in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family, watching her beloved sports teams, listening to live music, and exploring all the new things Brevard
